Welcome to Bolton Community Practice, Community Interest Company

Bolton Community Practice Community Interest Company is a Social Enterprise Organisation. This means that staff and patients are actively involved in the development of the practice and its services.

We offer a high quality and flexible service that aims to meet your needs. We will care for patients from all over the Borough of Bolton. We can register anyone within a 2 mile driving radius of one of our branches.

We have 4 sites and patients who are registered with the practice are welcome to attend any site and may attend different sites at different times.

If you are already a patient, you can still visit your original practice and see your preferred doctor or nurse if this suits you.

We are a Dementia Friendly Organisation.

Mission Statement

"To be recognised locally and nationally by our patients, staff and commissioners as a centre of excellence."

Our values are:

"To recognise and respect diversity and difference amongst our patients."

"To deliver the service we would like to receive ourselves."

"To be a professional, respectful and caring team at all times."

"To ensure our patients are always treated with dignity and respect."

NHS APP

Did you know you can manage repeat prescriptions from Bolton Community Practice in the NHS App?

You can easily choose where your prescriptions are sent. So, if you know you'll be away from home or you are moving home, you can change your nominated pharmacy from within the app.

You can also order your prescription at any time that suits you. There’s no need to wait to join a telephone queue or wait until the GP surgery opens.

It’s easy to use, and, if you hit a snag, you can go to ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the app or visit nhs.uk/helpmeapp.
